- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Truly terrible Zantello wound up lying to a review board and sending me packets of information which I couldn't read (a CD, outdated technology), He was reviewed by the board for lawyer conduct and given a pass on behaving in a way which could result in death, rape, violence. Zantello has negligent communication habits which violate State of OR conduct laws. He is ice-cold, like a man who is made of ice. The pressure to help rape victims commit suicide is on Zantello's conscience, which I could not find. He lied to the State of OR review board about what happened in our meetings. This lawyer is a criminally negligent, ice cold person who works against you and for rape, for corrupt police. I recommend you view him as a dangerous person who has no heart or respect, no concern or skill in dealing with people. If it were up to me, he would be in prison for helping to rape children. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. After several instances of phone tag, my partner left a voicemail with her availability, within their posted office hours, for finishing our transaction. They continued to call her repeatedly in the exact same window of unavailability. After multiple unanswered calls, I was able to get in touch with a representative at this office. I explained the situation, but was told that it's not their responsibility to meet our availability in any way, and that we would have to reach them on their schedule(regardless of how many times we've already attempted to do so.) We will not be continuing our service with State Farm, so long as we have to go through this poorly managed office.By warren mercer, August 25, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish they would consider that some of their Patents do not drive themselves to appointments and when they set an appointment and then sent the patent away without doing anything as they made a mistake, that it effects more then the patent!!!!!! Please pay attention to what you are setting the appointment for BEFORE you make it. If the patent is NPO for a lab test make it am, if it is for lab work before seeing the doctor is it within the time frame needed. IF they find that the appointment is NOT right Call the patent!!!! before they are to come in. THIS MAY REQUIRE REVIEWING APPOINTMENT THE DAY BEFORE IF YOU DID NOT DO IT WHEN IT WAS MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Making a 40 mile round trip takes time and gas so if you had them come in it was not your time or gas.By Sharron Schoegje, July 28, 2017
