- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish they would consider that some of their Patents do not drive themselves to appointments and when they set an appointment and then sent the patent away without doing anything as they made a mistake, that it effects more then the patent!!!!!! Please pay attention to what you are setting the appointment for BEFORE you make it. If the patent is NPO for a lab test make it am, if it is for lab work before seeing the doctor is it within the time frame needed. IF they find that the appointment is NOT right Call the patent!!!! before they are to come in. THIS MAY REQUIRE REVIEWING APPOINTMENT THE DAY BEFORE IF YOU DID NOT DO IT WHEN IT WAS MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Making a 40 mile round trip takes time and gas so if you had them come in it was not your time or gas.By Sharron Schoegje, July 28, 2017
